- Students prepare a Proposal Draft consisting of a Title, Summary of Background, Problem Identification, Summary of Theoretical Studies, Summary of Research Methods and attach form 1, to the Academic Supervisor.
- After obtaining the approval of the Academic Supervisor, the student uploads the file in the Title Submission System in the system in each study programme.
- Study Programme Coordinator conducts a study on the Proposal Draft to see the level of novelty of the Research Design and if it is approved, it will then be processed to propose Supervisor 1, 2, and Reviewers (based on a Recommendation Letter from Study Programme Coordinator to the Head of the Department).
- Based on the proposal from the Study Programme Coordinator, the Head of the Department assigns the guidance of the Final Project proposal/thesis to the Supervisor 1, 2, and Reviewer (form 2).
- Students contact Supervisor 1, 2, and Reviewers by showing the Proposal Draft and form 2.
